Select Print of MX10-21 (shown to the right)
Example of commissioning a DBP original. When you admire a work such as MX10-21 shown on page 22 of the catalog, but will not be satisfied with a print of the work, Then go to the Commission pull down menu. There you may select the size of the painting you desire. All paintings created as part of this series will have the characteristic look and feel of the work shown, however the new original is not a copy. It will go in a direction establishing it as unique identity. The new original becomes your property as a result of the sale, however the artist still owns the right to make prints, copies, or images as a DBP derivative of the created image, unless specifically stated otherwise in the purchase agreement. After commission payment is received, you will be contacted to conclude starting agreements, insights, and a clear sense and proportions of the work to be created. The special needs of an installation require more elaborate pre-production, including extensive information about the site for the installation. An installation is typically a modular grouping of works on canvas forming a mosaic of the total vision.

Archival Digital Prints
Limited Editions:
These editions are usually consisting of 200 copies or less. Each print or reproduction in the edition is hand-signed and numbered. Each comes with a certificate of authenticity stating the number of prints in the edition, the substrate (paper or canvas) used and the date the edition was released. This certificate also tells what number the print is in the edition.
The numbering is expressed as a fraction. The first print in an edition of 200 would be 1/ 200, the second print 2/200 and so on. The artist signs these certificates, guaranteeing the buyer that they are getting a particular print in the edition, and also guaranteeing that when the edition is complete, no more prints of this image will be made. An additional benefit of authorized purchase is the validation of future re-selling with your Provenance recorded.
